Overall markets were down on the day following Iran striking Israel. BTC was off 3% to $61.5k while ETH & SOL were down 5%. The strongest alts on the day were CELO, UMA, W, EIGEN and POPCAT. While the worst performers in the top 100 were AR, STRK, NOT, INJ and WLD. DEGEN was listed on Coinbase today and doubled while Degen chain tokens were up even more.

But what made today’s price action quite weird is that SOL memes proved to be the real safe haven asset in time of turmoil, with the strongest coins all up 60%+ including:

• WINTER

• Degen

• manyu

• GOU

• HIPPO

• nub

• FWOG

• PESTO

All high attention coins are doing well, with onchain mindshare led by MOODENG, Manyu, FWOG, XMW and GIKO. GIKO, FWOG and XMW were the largest mindshare gainers on the day.

DEX bot trading volumes have rolled over a bit and are looking bearish with today’s volume ~42% lower than the peak last week. Since the launch of MOODENG, SOL volumes have re-overtaken ETH’s and attention is generally higher on SOL coins again.
