The team at $IO continues to sign up meaningful partnerships, including recent additions with Nesa and YOM. $IO staking has also seen impressive growth hitting over 4.6mm tokens staked worth $8mm. But one of the most exciting current developments for the project is its renewed momentum in daily earnings, which has been in an uptrend for over a month now, hitting $10k today. The combination of increased staking adoption and earnings momentum should drive $IO token outperformance.

BIGTime to Bid?

Based on the timeline and my various channels, excitement about this space and engagement across the board seems to be very low. Yet we’re seeing numerous alts start to actually move upward and decent onchain coins are seemingly bottoming. I’m not saying we’re going to have some bull run euphoria anytime soon, but things are actually starting to kind of look good.

Today the majors were flat while the S&P rallied to within 2% of ATHs and Gold hit ATHs. We also saw double digit moves in outperforming alts including BIGTIME, CAT, DRIFT and SUNDOG. From a newsflow perspective, we had:

• Trump launching his DeFi project on 9/16

• Azuki is dropping something new at anime.com

• The SEC comes down on Etoro

The onchain market is heating up again with recent trench runners like CATE (eth) and LUCI (sol), which also were both new tokens with $100k+ of chainEDGE smart holdings. While high attention memes, especially FWOG, actually hit ATHs today. The below list of high mindshare tokens (based on both volume and CT mentions), is a great shopping list of future runners.

Onchain coin outperformance today was led by:

• SPX

• DOGE

• BULL

• HUSBY 

While DEX trading bot volumes are also starting to show some signs of life, bouncing to $60mm on the day (up 2x from the bottom). Notably, even with this small increase, DEX bot volumes on the day were roughly equal to the depressed levels we saw in late April.
