AI x Gaming x DePin

The AI narrative continues to pick up momentum, with coins like PALM (+2x in last 2 days), AIUS (+44% in last 24hr) and NMT (+46% post discord hack) all doing very well. This AI meta also carried over to new launch JIVA on Solana, which has been coined “PAAL of Solana”. JIVA has risen to a $3mm market cap on a whopping $28mm of volume. DITH AI on Solana has also picked up a lot of attention, running to a $25mm market cap (or up 40x in a week).

Gaming coins are also starting to pick up steam, with MAVIA running from $3 to $10 at its recent peak (we mentioned MAVIA here before anyone was talking about it). We’ve seen BEAM up 20% in the past week and newer launch PIXEL perform very well.

The other smaller rotation we’ve seen is into DePin, especially following the up only price performance of OPSEC which 5x’d this month. Some newer shiny tokens within this rotation (be careful degens), include CLOUD which skyrocketed to a $8mm market cap yesterday, CDY which ran to a $4mm market cap and degen new launch today AEPOS (currently at $900k market cap).

Where is the Smart Money Rotating?
Smart money (according to chainEDGE) which follows the top 0.01% of DEX traders by PnL, has been rotating away from BRC20 for awhile now (see -46% token balance drops even in the last week). We’ve seen select profit taking in certain AI coins after very strong 30d accumulation trends in MND, OLAS and AGRS. The bright spots here are INS picking up steam again (more project specific vs. a narrative change), BAI seeing almost a doubling of smart token holdings in the past week, and MZERO, ONDO and BITCOIN also seeing accumulation. MOG has also seen an abnormal amount of smart money accumulation, with smart token balances held +192% over the past week.

Where is the degen volume trending? ETH with 12 straight days of relative volume outpacing SOL which continues to support the idea that ETH DEX coins are back.

• 404s Are Back? - PANDORA bounced 27% off its recent lows, ASTX retested ATHs yesterday, and the hyped launch of Palette tomorrow may be early signs of life for the once very hot 404 category
